Rates include 6 hours of rental per day. Additional technical labor, special equipment, or additional hours will be additional costs. Space-time includes set up and clean up.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

All events require a refundable security deposit of $300 due 7 days before the rental date and refunded within 10 days following the event if there are no outstanding charges.

All parties start at a $1250 Intimate venue for all occasions. The rental price of $1250 includes tables, chairs, table linens chair linens, and sashes for five hours. Upgrades linens are available. Fits 50 People
